On March 22, Gloria Speert (née Cohen) of Baltimore at 94. She is survived by son Robert Libowitz and stepchildren Leslie Speert Donnelly, Eleanore Speert, Elliott Speert and Paul (BethAmy) Speert. She was predeceased by husband Robert Speert; son Andy Libowitz; brother Sylvan P. Cohen; and parents Louis and Lillian Cohen.
