On Dec. 9, Joel Lowenstein of Baltimore at 74. He is survived by children Levi Lowenstein and Aron Lowenstein and grandchildren Ilan Marin Lowenstein and Eitan Aviv Lowenstein. He was predeceased by daughter Shiffi Lowenstein parents Arthur and Hattie Lowenstein.
