On April 14, Barbara Kwastel Kramer of Baltimore at 78. She is survived by partner Linda Aviles and children Willard Kramer and Brigitte Fleischer. She was predeceased by sister Shirley (Albert) Deiner and parents Rebecca and Morris Kwastel.
